PRETTY LTTLE LIARS: #WorldWarA Reveals Alison's Killer...!!!? Summer Finale SPOILERS

"Set in the fictional town of Rosewood, Pennsylvania, the series follows the lives of Spencer Hastings (Troian Bellisario), Hanna Marin (Ashley Benson), Emily Fields (Shay Mitchell), and Aria Montgomery (Lucy Hale), who are four girls whose clique falls apart after the disappearance of their queen bee, Alison DiLaurentis (Sasha Pieterse). One year later, they begin receiving messages from a mysterious figure using the name "A", who threatens to expose their secrets. At first, they think it's Alison herself, but after her body is found, the girls realize that someone else knows their secrets—including long-hidden ones they thought only Alison knew. "A" also stalked Alison, and the girls continue to discover more and more information about "A" and Alison's disappearance—all while risking their lives."

(that picture is from scenes filmed previously. in order to determine who would be working for A, they filmed scenes with various cast members, but as you know, ultimately decided on Keegan Allen, aka Toby to be an A FauxMinion!)

Firstly, Alison is ALIVE!

Remember that Halloween ep in which they showed Alison reaching up from her grave like a zombie...???! Well, apparently, she wasn't actually dead. Her "killer" bashed her head in, but she did not die.. So.... yeah!

The had reaching for her was Ms. Grunwald, this super creep of a lady who is going to be recurring on Ravenswood...

blah, blah, blah. more happened but lets get to the other juicy deets, shall we...

The Liars go to A's Lair, or at least one can assume its A's Lair, cus there is info about every one, and I mean EVERYONE, except, curiously, one person, er, man...

Grunwald says that Allie' would be killer was a guy. That guy???

None other than #EzrA. As in Ezra. As in Aria's ex, current boyfriend, idk... but. yeah/

Or is it...?

You can't be quite sure on PLL whats really going on, but from what we know Allie had a thing with an older guy and Ezra, who is this proposed older guy now, does have a thing for younger girls as seen with Aria, so. Hm.

But. I think there is a lot more to the story. A lot. They would not reveal something this big, so far away from the series finale. I'm not sure. I just know PLL killed it last night.

#EzrA has to be trending right now...

October 22 - PLL returns with its annual Halloween ep and the world premiere of Ravenswood!!

"In a futuristic Chicago where people are divided into five factions based on their personalities, a teenage girl learns that she is Divergent — a person who does not fit into any one faction -- and soon discovers a sinister plot brewing in her seemingly perfect society.

Summit Entertainment bought the rights to film an adaptation of the novel. Neil Burger will direct, with Shailene Woodley starring as Beatrice Prior. Lionsgate and Summit plan to distribute the film. Jeremy Irvine was the first choice for the male lead role Four but he turned down the role because of his fear of being typecast as a teen idol. The role was eventually given to Theo James after an extensive search that included competition from Alex Pettyfer, Alexander Ludwig, Lucas Till, Jeremy Irvine, Luke Bracey, Brenton Thwaites and Jack Reynor. Lionsgate-Summit’s feature adaptation of the dystopian teen tale, with screenplay by Evan Daugherty, is now in production and is scheduled to release March 21, 2014. The company also holds rights to the author’s sequel, Insurgent. Kate Winslet was cast as Jeanine Matthews. Also among the cast are Maggie Q as Tori, Zoe Kravitz as Christina, Ansel Elgort as Caleb, Miles Teller as Peter, Ashley Judd as Natalie Prior, Tony Goldwyn as Andrew Prior, and Jai Courtney as Eric."

Far too rushed and put together way too quickly -- but, I'm excited!!

Hope the full length trailer will be much better and enticing!

GAME OF THRONES' Natalie Dormer Joins HG: MOCKINGJAY Films As ...!?!!

"Lionsgate has just revealed that Natalie Dormer has been cast as Cressida in the final two chapters of the Hunger Games series, The Hunger Games: Mockinjay - Part 1 and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2.

Cressida is a film director working in the Capitol who winds up joining the rebellion with her assistant, Messalla, and her cameramen, Castor and Pollux."
Via comingsoon.net

Love Game of Thrones, love Hunger Games (Mockingjay is my favorite..it is so bleak and depressing and raw and above all, realistic) and Dormer plays Margaery in GoT and she is killer, so I cannot wait to see what she does with the role.

I wonder how she will look bald....

So what do you think??

Lauren Kate's FALLEN Film Gets Its LUCE AND DANIEL!!?

"First announced back in 2009, director Scott Hicks (Shine, The Lucky One has cast the leads of his upcoming young adult novel adaptation, Fallen. Deadline reports that Addison Timlin (Stand Up Guys, "Californication") and Jeremy Irvine (War Horse, "Life Bites") will play Luce Price and Daniel Grigori, respectively...." "There's something achingly familiar about Daniel Grigori.

Mysterious and aloof, he captures Luce Price's attention from the moment she sees him on her first day at the Sword & Cross boarding school in sultry Savannah, Georgia. He's the one bright spot in a place where cell phones are forbidden, the other students are all screw-ups, and security cameras watch every move.

Even though Daniel wants nothing to do with Luce and goes out of his way to make that very clear she can't let it go. Drawn to him like a moth to a flame, she has to find out what Daniel is so desperate to keep secret . . . even if it kills her."

THE GIVER Film Casting Alert: MERYL STREEP!?!

"With production on the film set to begin in South Africa in October, director Phillip Noyce's The Giver has added Meryl Streep to its cast. Deadline reports that she'll join Jeff Bridges and Brenton Thwaites in the big screen adaptation of Lois Lowry's 1993 young adult sci-fi novel.

Set in a distant future, the book tells of a society in which the entire range of human emotion has been eradicated by removing any trace of history. Only one individual in the society -- called "the Giver" -- is tasked with remembering the past in case it becomes necessary to make use of it. A twelve-year-old boy, Jonas, is tasked to become the next Giver in line and has his whole world thrown into question when he begins tutelage with the previous, elderly Giver.

Streep, who will play the society's chief elder, recently starred in Hope Springs and can be seen coming up in John Wells'
August: Osage County, Tommy Lee Jones' The Homesman and Rob Marshall's Into the Woods." (Credit: comingsoon.net)

MORTAL INSTRUMENTS: CITY OF BONES 5 Min Clip!! Bloody Brilliant!!

"Set in contemporary New York City, a seemingly ordinary teenager, Clary Fray (Collins), discovers she is the descendant of a line of Shadowhunters, a secret cadre of young half-angel warriors locked in an ancient battle to protect our world from demons. After the disappearance of her mother (Lena Headey), Clary must join forces with a group of Shadowhunters, who introduce her to a dangerous alternate New York called Downworld, filled with demons, warlocks, vampires, werewolves and other deadly creatures. Based on the worldwide best-selling book series."

I was so nervous about this film, like a lot... but if the rest of the movie is anything like this clip I officially cannot wait!!

I first read City of Bones back in 2009, so this film has been a long time coming!

May not love all the casting, but I am def warming up to Jamie as Jace. He seems to have the essence if not the 'look' I always imagined.

So what do you think??

Like the clip??

Hate it??

"The Hunger Games: Catching Fire begins as Katniss Everdeen has returned home safe after winning the 74th Annual Hunger Games along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark. Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a "Victor's Tour' of the districts.

Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) - a competition that could change Panem forever."

Veronica Roth's ALLEGIANT Told From TWO POVs?!? Guess Who!!

What if your whole world was a lie? What if a single revelation—like a single choice—changed everything? What if love and loyalty made you do things you never expected?

  • There were several titles rumored for this book, speculation based on the "-gent" theme of the previous titles. Among the more popular fan-guessed titles were also used on the reveal video: Convergent, Emergent, Resurgent, and even Detergent, which the fans and Veronica Roth has been using to refer to the third book as a joke.
  • The cover was officially revealed on May 9th, 2013.
  • The definition of Allegiant is loyal or steadfast in devotion (especially to a government).
  • The catchphrase will be "One choice will define you."
  • The symbol on the cover isn't a faction symbol like its predecessors, but the symbol will make an appearance in the book.
  • To Veronica Roth, the term allegiant means "one who is loyal or faithful to a particular cause or person"
  • At the 2013 San Diego ComicCon panel, Veronica Roth revealed that Allegiant will be written in dual perspectives -- Tris and Four will be the narrators for the third and final installment.

  • So BOTH Tris and Four have POVs...

    What do you think??

    Do you like it??

I don't care for it so much... Four is somewhat annoying to me. Too controlling, though thank goodness Tris does not do everything he says. But still...hmmm.

    yay or nay...?

genius or wtf, this ain't no breaking dawn!?!? (ha, kidding. sorta ..)

Review: THE END GAMES by T. Michael Martin!!

    "It happened on Halloween.

    The world ended.

And a dangerous Game brought it back to life.

Seventeen-year-old Michael and his five-year-old brother, Patrick, have been battling monsters in The Game for weeks.

In the rural mountains of West Virginia, armed with only their rifle and their love for each other, the brothers follow Instructions from the mysterious Game Master. They spend their days searching for survivors, their nights fighting endless hordes of “Bellows”—creatures that roam the dark, roaring for flesh. And at this Game, Michael and Patrick are very good.

    But The Game is changing.

    The Bellows are evolving.

The Game Master is leading Michael and Patrick to other survivors—survivors who don’t play by the rules.

And the brothers will never be the same.

    T. Michael Martin’s debut novel is a transcendent thriller filled with electrifying action, searing emotional insight, and unexpected romance."

It was a good book that was different then what I had originally thought, but still pretty enjoyable.

I love the danger of the world and the whole setup Michael has provided Patrick - he sets it up as a game to keep his little brother safe and innocent, which I thought was a really brilliant concept on the authors part.

The Bellows were pretty freaky! I enjoyed reading scenes with them - it provided a lot angst and creeptasticness.

The modern references to shows and games were somewhat off putting - they tend to through me out novels, they prevent escapism, but it by no means stunted my enjoyment of the novel.

Michael was a great big brother who was completely tense and nervous the entire time and for good reason! Its crazy. Patrick was sweet, but he def enjoyed the Game a little too much...though that certainly has something to do with the fact that he is somewhat special needs.

The writing was strange at first, and it did take me a while to get used to it, but it provided a wonderful flow and atmosphere for the novel, so I completely understand why Martin chose to write it like that.

Overall, I really liked The End Games and do recommend it!

WOW: J.K. Rowlings' SECRET Novel - THE CUCKOO'S CALLING!!

"A brilliant debut mystery in a classic vein: Detective Cormoran Strike investigates a supermodel's suicide.
After losing his leg to a land mine in Afghanistan, Cormoran Strike is barely scraping by as a private investigator. Strike is down to one client, and creditors are calling. He has also just broken up with his longtime girlfriend and is living in his office.

Then John Bristow walks through his door with an amazing story: His sister, thelegendary supermodel Lula Landry, known to her friends as the Cuckoo, famously fell to her death a few months earlier. The police ruled it a suicide, but John refuses to believe that. The case plunges Strike into the world of multimillionaire beauties, rock-star boyfriends, and desperate designers, and it introduces him to every variety of pleasure, enticement, seduction, and delusion known to man.

You may think you know detectives, but you've never met one quite like Strike. You may think you know about the wealthy and famous, but you've never seen them under an investigation like this."

Review: BORN OF ILLUSION by Teri Brown!!

"A gifted illusionist, Anna assists her mother, the renowned medium Marguerite Van Housen, in her stage shows and seances, easily navigating the underground world of magicians and mentalists in 1920s New York. For Anna, the illegitimate daughter of Harry Houdini - or so Marguerite claims - handcuffs and sleight-of-hand illusions have never been much of a challenge. The real trick is keeping her own gifts secret from her mother: because while Marguerite's power may be a sham, Anna possesses a true ability to sense people's feelings and foretell the future.

But as Anna's powers intensify, she experiences frightening visions of her mother in peril, which lead her to explore the abilities she's tried so long to hide. And when a mysterious young man named Cole moves into the flat downstairs, introducing Anna to a society that studies people with gifts like hers, she begins to wonder if there's more to life than keeping secrets.

As her visions become darker and her powers spin out of her control, Anna is forced to rethink all she's ever known. Is her mother truly in danger, or are Anna's visions merely illusions? And could the great Houdini really be her father, or is it just another of Marguerite's tricks?

From Teri Brown comes a world bursting with magic, with romance, with the temptations of Jazz Age New York --- and the story of a girl about to become the mistress of her own destiny."

While I did love Born of Illusion as much as I was hoping, it was mostly a pretty good book!

What kept me from loving this book was the fact that it was a bit slow and redundant at times, mostly in regards to Anna. She was sorta boring, especially in the beginning of the novel which naturally resulted in the novel itself being boring. She would do the same things over and over and I just stopped caring because nothing changed.

    The magic was cool!

There was a love triangle which was.....no. Enough already, all authors of the world, enough.

Anna's mom was terrible. She was like a wicked stepmom which was interesting and brought on some laughs, but mostly I found her tiresome.

Cole was just not my cup of tea.

The book was good and I will def read the sequel, but I wont be excited for it like I was with this one.

I didn't hate anything about it, so that's why the review is not lower, but it was no The Diviners by Libba Bray like I was hoping. Now that is a book!

Should you read? Meh, sure. It has an interesting enough plot and if you have free time, go for it!

Review: THE SCHOOL OF GOOD AND EVIL by Soman Chainani!!

“The first kidnappings happened two hundred years before. Some years it was two boys taken, some years two girls, sometimes one of each. But if at first the choices seemed random, soon the pattern became clear. One was always beautiful and good, the child every parent wanted as their own. The other was homely and odd, an outcast from birth. An opposing pair, plucked from youth and spirited away.”

This year, best friends Sophie and Agatha are about to discover where all the lost children go: the fabled School for Good & Evil, where ordinary boys and girls are trained to be fairy tale heroes and villains. As the most beautiful girl in Gavaldon, Sophie has dreamed of being kidnapped into an enchanted world her whole life. With her pink dresses, glass slippers, and devotion to good deeds, she knows she’ll earn top marks at the School for Good and graduate a storybook princess. Meanwhile Agatha, with her shapeless black frocks, wicked pet cat, and dislike of nearly everyone, seems a natural fit for the School for Evil.

But when the two girls are swept into the Endless Woods, they find their fortunes reversed—Sophie’s dumped in the School for Evil to take Uglification, Death Curses, and Henchmen Training, while Agatha finds herself in the School For Good, thrust amongst handsome princes and fair maidens for classes in Princess Etiquette and Animal Communication.. But what if the mistake is actually the first clue to discovering who Sophie and Agatha really are…?

The School for Good & Evil is an epic journey into a dazzling new world, where the only way out of a fairy tale is to live through one."

    That cover?? gah! Awesome.

The School of Good and Evil was a fun, funny, awesome and magical adventure that will leave you craving the sequel!

I love the differences between the Agatha and Sophie and I love the chaos that ensues when the end up at the wrong schools, both of which are really different and really awesome! It is such a funny read in lieu of Roald Dahl, because while you will be laughing out loud or giggling at the absurdness of it all, you are being taught, you are learning a moral lessons of sorts; in a world of Good and Evil, not everything is black and white...

The world these two girls live in is the world where magic and legends and fairytales truly exist, like Cinderella! I love when stories have these kind of allusions and pull them off! There are some many magical creatures in this book as well!

Sophie and Agatha were very different and were both complex and complicated while still remaining classic and necessary tropes.

The writing was yes, a little juvenile, but that does not mean that it was not unintelligent or witty, 'cus it most def was! I loved the writing style and the characters and the world and I cannot wait for more. I hope that the film will be just as Good...and Evil!! ;-)

Unhinged (Splintered Series # 2) by A.G. Howard!!

"Alyssa Gardner has been down the rabbit hole and faced the bandersnatch. She saved the life of Jeb, the guy she loves, and escaped the machinations of the disturbingly seductive Morpheus and the vindictive Queen Red. Now all she has to do is graduate high school and make it through prom so she can attend the prestigious art school in London she's always dreamed of.

"That would be easier without her mother, freshly released from an asylum, acting overly protective and suspicious. And it would be much simpler if the mysterious Morpheus didn’t show up for school one day to tempt her with another dangerous quest in the dark, challenging Wonderland—where she (partly) belongs.

As prom and graduation creep closer, Alyssa juggles Morpheus’s unsettling presence in her real world with trying to tell Jeb the truth about a past he’s forgotten. Glimpses of Wonderland start to bleed through her art and into her world in very disturbing ways, and Morpheus warns that Queen Red won’t be far behind.

If Alyssa stays in the human realm, she could endanger Jeb, her parents, and everyone she loves. But if she steps through the rabbit hole again, she'll face a deadly battle that could cost more than just her head."

Review: ACROSS A STAR-SWEPT SEA by Diana Peterfreund!

"Centuries after wars nearly destroyed civilization, the two islands of New Pacifica stand alone, a terraformed paradise where even the Reduction—the devastating brain disorder that sparked the wars—is a distant memory. Yet on the isle of Galatea, an uprising against the ruling aristocrats has turned deadly. The revolutionaries’ weapon is a drug that damages their enemies’ brains, and the only hope is rescue by a mysterious spy known as the Wild Poppy.

On the neighboring island of Albion, no one suspects that the Wild Poppy is actually famously frivolous aristocrat Persis Blake. The teenager uses her shallow, socialite trappings to hide her true purpose: her gossipy flutternotes are encrypted plans, her pampered sea mink is genetically engineered for spying, and her well-publicized new romance with handsome Galatean medic Justen Helo… is her most dangerous mission ever.

Though Persis is falling for Justen, she can’t risk showing him her true self, especially once she learns he’s hiding far more than simply his disenchantment with his country’s revolution and his undeniable attraction to the silly socialite he’s pretending to love. His darkest secret could plunge both islands into a new dark age, and Persis realizes that when it comes to Justen Helo, she’s not only risking her heart, she’s risking the world she’s sworn to protect.

In this thrilling adventure inspired by The Scarlet Pimpernel, Diana Peterfreund creates an exquisitely rendered world where nothing is as it seems and two teens with very different pasts fight for a future only they dare to imagine."

Across a Star-Swept Sea is dark and beautiful companion novel to Diana Peterfreund's For the Darkness Shows the Stars that expands and further illustrates the fantastical dystopian world.

The story's MC this time around is Persis Blake, a socialite whose alter ego is Wild Poppy who I really enjoy reading about; her duality was intriguing and complex without ever being over bearing or demeaning. Also, she was badass!! The other POV's are Justen and Remy, who when combined with Persis all make for three different personalities, but one really good story!

The story itself is fast paced and thrilling and kept me entertained through the length of the novel. The writing is crisp and the transitions between the characters and chapters was done very well!

My only issue was the romance; most people will LOVE it, but I felt it was too "of course" of a romance. The heroes ride off into the sunset. I wanted something a little more complicated, but like mentioned, it will probably appeal to most readers! (I could have done without)

Over I really enjoyed this book and cannot wait to have a physical to add to my book shelf right next to For Darkness Shows the Stars - those covers are awesome!

"Sometimes, love isn’t as magical as people expect it to be…

Rona believes love is nothing more than a myth, a tale for little girls. As the oldest daughter, she knows duty and family honor as well as the difference between salt and cinnamon.

Until the immortal ruler of the seas appears from thin air and she is swept into a dark and dangerous affair. What was formerly myth soon becomes part of the everyday. And Rona believes when Seid tells her they will be together forever.

But forever is a long time and after she betrays him, what was supposed to be an eternity in paradise becomes an eternity in hell. Now she is cursed, unable to feel human emotions except through the couples she is led to save.

Two thousand years is an awfully long time to live alone. And the business of love saving isn’t what it used to be. Deep in the underbelly of the city that never sleeps, she recognizes him instantly. But when he starts to fall for her, she is forced to learn what it means to be human all over again.

"Fiery-headed Jemma Agromond is not who she thinks she is, and when the secrets and lies behind her life at mist-shrouded Agromond Castle begin to unravel, she finds herself in a chilling race for her life. But in the end, it is her own powers that she must bring to light, for only she has the key to defeating the evil ones and fulfilling the prophecy that will bring back the sun and restore peace in Anglavia."

The Flame in the Mist by Kit Grindstaff was a wonderful and very intelligent Middle Grade novel in the lieu of Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials and J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter! I loved it!

The story takes places in a world called Anglavia, a land that is dominated by an evil family who control the mist that covers the entire land and chokes the people, keeping them under their control. It is in this dark family that the story's MC comes from, a young girl named Jemma who comes to understand that she does not belong with her family - she is not evil.. and thus the adventure starts!

The novel was fast-paced and exciting, and when things did slow down for characters and the world to be better developed for the reader, I was not bored at all. Grindstaff has created a rich and complex, yet realistic world that entertains and adds something new and fun to the fantasy genre. Jemma is accompanied by her two telepathic rats Noodle and Pie, who have the most awesome names!

Grindstaff's writing is crisp and neat and pulls you in to the pages so that you can imagine everything completely - you will not want to put the book done. It seriously has that vibe..I cannot completely explain it, but I loved this book and cannot wait for the sequel.

The story builds suspense and is funny and sweet and at times, dark, but just the right amount as to not scare people away, but to keep them hooked!

TAYLOR SWIFT Playing Rapunzel in Live Action Film!?!?!??

"Taylor Swift might have to tweak her latest song lyrics from “I knew you were trouble when you walked in” to “I knew you were trouble when you climbed up my hair.”

The 23-year-old singer is starring in a Disney Parks ad, “Where a World of Adventure Awaits” as Rapunzel, one of Disney’s most beloved classic princesses. Swift joins the ranks of other starlets who have appeared in Disney Parks commercials, including Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Gisele Bundchen, Julianne Moore, Jessica Biel, Scarlett Johansson, and Olivia Wilde.

Speaking of the opportunity the singer said “When Disney came to me and said we want you to play Rapunzel, I was just so honored. It’s such a wonderful character to get to play, a childhood fantasy come into reality for me.”

As for the theme park, Swift explained it holds a special spot in her heart: “I think about all the times me and my little brother went to Disney World and we were able to escape to that place anytime we had a hard time. Any time you’re going through something rough, you can go back into your imagination and you’re at Disney World.” First To Know.com

So she is not going to actually play Rapunzel, but she sure as heck does fit the bill if a live action adaption version of the story would ever be made!

    What do you think?

    Is Swift perfect??

"When fifteen-year-old Clary Fray heads out to the Pandemonium Club in New York City, she hardly expects to witness a murder—much less a murder committed by three teenagers covered with strange tattoos and brandishing bizarre weapons. Then the body disappears into thin air. It’s hard to call the police when the murderers are invisible to everyone else and when there is nothing—not even a smear of blood—to show that a boy has died. Or was he a boy?

This is Clary’s first meeting with the Shadowhunters, warriors dedicated to ridding the earth of demons. It’s also her first encounter with Jace, a Shadowhunter who looks a little like an angel and acts a lot like a jerk. Within twenty-four hours Clary is pulled into Jace’s world with a vengeance, when her mother disappears and Clary herself is attacked by a demon. But why would demons be interested in ordinary mundanes like Clary and her mother? And how did Clary suddenly get the Sight? The Shadowhunters would like to know. . . .

Exotic and gritty, exhilarating and utterly gripping, Cassandra Clare’s ferociously entertaining fantasy takes readers on a wild ride that they will never want to end."

    The voiceover is meh.

    The word stylization is blah.

    Whole package is ... odd.

    But I'm excited for it!

I really hope it just suffering from cheesy advertisment and will not acutally be bad.

    Fingers crossed!

Official PERCY JACKSON AND THE SEA OF MONSTERS Film Trailer!!!?!

"After a summer spent trying to prevent a catastrophic war among the Greek gods, Percy Jackson finds his seventh-grade school year unnervingly quiet. His biggest problem is dealing with his new friend, Tyson—a six-foot-three, mentally challenged homeless kid who follows Percy everywhere, making it hard for Percy to have any “normal” friends.

But things don’t stay quiet for long. Percy soon discovers there is trouble at Camp Half-Blood: the magical borders which protect Half-Blood Hill have been poisoned by a mysterious enemy, and the only safe haven for demigods is on the verge of being overrun by mythological monsters. To save the camp, Percy needs the help of his best friend, Grover, who has been taken prisoner by the Cyclops Polyphemus on an island somewhere in the Sea of Monsters, the dangerous waters Greek heroes have sailed for millennia—only today, the Sea of Monsters goes by a new name…the Bermuda Triangle.

Now Percy and his friends—Grover, Annabeth, and Tyson—must retrieve the Golden Fleece from the Island of the Cyclopes by the end of the summer or Camp Half-Blood will be destroyed. But first, Percy will learn a stunning new secret about his family—one that makes him question whether being claimed as Poseidon’s son is an honor or simply a cruel joke."

And it appears that they are ACTUALLY semi following the book!  Thanks!

Forgot how much each book resembled the layout of Harry Potter until this, but still, I'm excited to see it.

"Against all odds, Katniss Everdeen has survived the Hunger Games twice. But now that she's made it out of the bloody arena alive, she's still not safe. The Capitol is angry. The Capitol wants revenge. Who do they think should pay for the unrest? Katniss. And what's worse, President Snow has made it clear that no one else is safe either. Not Katniss's family, not her friends, not the people of District 12. Powerful and haunting, this thrilling final installment of Suzanne Collins's groundbreaking The Hunger Games trilogy promises to be one of the most talked about books of the year."

Rumor has it that the brilliantly brilliant & awesome Rebel Wilson, who will be hosting this years MTV Movie Awards(!!!) is up for the role of the costume shop owner of the Capitol, Tigris, who helps Katniss take down Prez. Snow!!

(Reminder--Tigris had her face stretched and tattooed with black and gold tiger stripes, her nose was flattened until it barely exists forming a short snout.)

"From the brink of apocalypse, humanity has reorganized itself into five factions, each of which uphold and live by a single core value. The Lost Sun (The United States of Asgard #1)

"Fans of Neil Gaiman's American Gods and Holly Black's The Curse Workers will embrace this richly drawn, Norse-mythology-infused alternate world: the United States of Asgard. Seventeen-year-old Soren Bearskin is trying to escape the past. His father, a famed warrior, lost himself to the battle-frenzy and killed thirteen innocent people. Soren cannot deny that berserking is in his blood—the fevers, insomnia, and occasional feelings of uncontrollable rage haunt him. So he tries to remain calm and detached from everyone at Sanctus Sigurd's Academy. But that's hard to do when a popular, beautiful girl like Astrid Glyn tells Soren she dreams of him. That's not all Astrid dreams of—the daughter of a renowned prophetess, Astrid is coming into her own inherited abilities.

When Baldur, son of Odin and one of the most popular gods in the country, goes missing, Astrid sees where he is and convinces Soren to join her on a road trip that will take them to find not only a lost god, but also who they are beyond the legacy of their parents and everything they've been told they have to be."
